ALMOAYYED Agil Freight Logistics handles a slew of high-profile assignments

ALMOAYYED Agil Freight Logistics, specialist in end-to-end logistics solutions and one of the upcoming divisions of ALMOAYYED International Group, raised the bar by handling a slew of high-profile assignments in the recent past. Here’s a snapshot of those projects which includes cargo handling of broadcasting equipment to South Africa to ensure live telecast of Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 Cricket Series.

Shipment for Siemens AG: The first in the list of high profile project is the sea freight handled from Bahrain to Libya for Siemens AG. The total volume of 1566Cbm cargo was loaded onto Vessel BBC Alabaman. AAGIL, Bahrain handled the transport of cargo from shipper’s premises to the warehouse for temporary storage and subsequently, movement to the port and loading of the entire cargo on arrival of the vessel.

Broadcast Equipment for Indian Premier League (IPL): AGIL India handled the shipment, storage and handling of 45 tons of broadcast equipment that were to be used in broadcasting the 2nd edition of the Indian Premier League’s T20 Cricket Series held in South Africa.

AGIL India swiftly executed this assignment as the tournament was hurriedly shifted to South Africa citing security concerns amid the Indian general election and the broadcasters were hardpressed for time and equipment.

AGIL India ‘handles’ Master Blaster Sachin: AGIL India handled yet another prestigious assignment that of handling, clearing and delivering the wax statue of India’s iconic cricketer Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar for a media photo shoot held in Mumbai.
